His Facebook messenger showed that Mr. Dipo Famakinwa was active a mere 12 hours ago, with RIP messages on his wall.
Information making the rounds indicates that the Director General, Development Agenda for Western Nigeria, is dead.
He was reportedly said to have died in the early hours of today.
Several calls made to two of his phone numbers went unanswered.
According to his Facebook profile, DAWN designs and implements the blueprint for better integration and governance of the six south-western states. His Facebook wall is now being flooded with posts and comments from worried friends and associates who express concerns about the shocking news.
An official press statement addressing his supposedly death is yet to be released
