Funmi Iyanda, Rueben Abati, Kemi Adetiba caught in the TBoss drama

Efe may have won the Big Brother Naija and walked away with N25 million and the brand new SUV star prize, but Tboss (Tokunbo Idowu) definitely is making the headlines across all social media.

The light skinned biracial beauty whose eviction elicited so much jubilation has trended so much, giving a lot of bloggers topic for discussion and debate.

The controversy over her personality had former Presenter/Producer Funmi Iyanda and skales lashed on twitter. here are funmi iyanda's tweets

Deep down most of our people wish to be oyinbo, think oyinbo is superior and have a deep love hate for any suggestion of oyinbo.

The joke is on Tboss as Rueben Abati gave his dose on the Tboss enigma, describing her with unsavory terms he said

"TBOSS and the other girls kissed and got groped by the boys on live television putting their upbringing to shame. TBOSS, who claimed she didn’t need the money even exposed her breasts on live television more than once. I have seen better breasts TBOSS. I am not too sure those private jet owners will be excited by your fluffy, South-looking, slightly bigger than mangoes breasts. If the same men see bigger assets, I mean, those interesting Ojiakor-like ones that look like papayas, pineapples and watermelons, they will not send private jets, they will deploy submarines and fighter jets! And that's why you got N500k in the end, way back behind Bisola with her hard facial features, and Efe whose victory is based on poverty logistics and appeal. But I have no doubt that TBOSS will end up doing better in the larger, outside market than the other finalists, because even those who did not vote for her, know in their hearts that she represents the message of the programme."

This comments undoubtedly tweaked the ire of Kemi Adetiba as she would not let sleeping dogs lie without giving it a jolt on her twitter page, these were her comment:

Such condescending language. Someone's daughter washed down to zero with words.

BBNaija show debuted in 2006 when 14 contestants were housed in South Africa to compete for $100,000 between March 5 and June 4, 2006. Katung Aduwak became the winner.

The 2017 edition of Big Brother Nigeria show held for 11 weeks; from Jan. 22 to April 9, featuring 14 housemates which are CocoIce, Efe, Marvis, Bisola, Marvis, Uriel, Tboss, Soma, Miyonse, Gifty, Bally, TinTallTony, Bassey and Debie-Rise. Beside these, two fake housemates, Jon Ogah and Ese Eriata were sent into the house to spice up the show.

Some followers of the 2017 edition of the show note that it was unique because of the access to social media by the viewers unlike during the maiden edition when social media had not gained much importance.

In the tenth week of the 2017 edition, nine of the real and the two fake housemates were evicted from the house, leaving the top five — Efe, Bisola, Marvis, Tboss and Debie-Rise — for the grand finale.

Marvis, Debie-Rise and Tboss were also evicted early from the house during the grand finale, leaving Bisola and Efe to contend for the grand prize.

At the end, Efe got 57.61 per cent of the votes and was declared winner while Bisola became the first runner- up with 18.54 per cent of the votes.

The 2017 Big Brother Nigeria television reality show entitled: “See Gobe’’ has come and gone, but the memories still lingers in the minds of the viewers, fans and critics of the show.

Part of the goals of the BBNaija contestants is to gain some measure of popularity along with winning the final prize, TBoss may not have won based on logistics but she is fast gaining popularity even after the show be it positive or negative, after all there is no negative PR.
