Tee Billz smiles again; could Tiwa Savage be the Reason?

Almost a year after the suicide attempt by Tunji Balogun, popularly known as TeeBillz, the estranged husband of Nigeria’s music diva, Tiwa Savage, says he has a reason to laugh again.
In April 2016, the marriage between Balogun, popularly known as TeeBillz, and Tiwa Savage hit the rocks, with the duo airing their dirty linens in public. TeeBliz would later attempted to jump off the Lekki-Ikoyi link bridge.

The music producer took to his Instagram page; on Thursday to express his joy.

He said, “When you are in a dark place, from my own personal experience I know it’s very hard to believe anything good and even the concept of God is questionable at that moment.

“Trust me, God will definitely come through for you….. About a year ago I never thought I will have a reason to laugh again. But God’s Mercies and Grace are beyond human

“TRUST in Him. Keep HOPE Alive. Have FAITH in God’s Faithfulness. He is your FATHER and His LOVE for you is Eternal and Unconditional.

“If you can see and believe this HELP is on the way.

“Hopefully this picture can help someone out there that is poisoned by stress, under pressure, feeling pain or afraid of failure. Know this for SURE my God can fix every broken situation in your life….NEVER give up …Keep on Keeping on !!! You will ALSO LAUGH again.”

It would be recalled that their three-year-old marriage has been having problems since last year when the celebrated singer sacked her husband as her manager.

Since then, there have been whispers of things falling apart between them.

Also, in 2014, it was rumoured that their marriage had crashed.

A pointer to this was when Tiwa failed to wish her husband a happy birthday on her social media page as it was part of her tradition.

It soon came to light that the couple had been having issues in their marriage, and that Tiwa’s family had admonished Teebillz to stop managing his wife and look for another lucrative job.

It was also alleged then that Teebillz was always beating her up, and that she had to move out of the house temporarily to stay with a friend. However, families and friends prevailed on the couple not to give up on their marriage.

It was also reported that a family meeting was called and a consensus was reached that Teebillz’s protégé, Mekka Millions should take over as Tiwa’s manager.

The estranged husband of Mavin’s first lady, Tiwa Savage, Tee Billz had earlier in the year said that despite all odds, he wanted his family to be happy.

According to the Instagram account, “I’m at a point in my life where I want my family to be happy. My faith is strong, my health is good, my mind is right, my dollars tight and no unnecessary drama.”

This is coming after the troubled couple were spotted together for the first time after their April breakup last year. The duo were seen together at TV presenter, Stephanie Coker’s traditional wedding over the holidays making it their first public sighting since April 2016.

Meanwhile, reports last week indicated that pop queen Tiwa Savage is back with her husband and former manager Tunji ‘Tee Billz’ Balogun.

Relatively, Tee Billz also spoke about mental health awareness. The manager who has been undergoing therapy took to the photo sharing app to raise awareness over mental health.
