Ace comedian, Ali Baba through an Instagram post has revealed a yet another alarming experience a civilian went through in the hands of a military officer.
The picture shows a man being beaten in front of the Nigeria Army Shopping Arena, Oshodi, Lagos amid huge onlookers.
The photo caption reads;
