Arsenal have defeated Manchester United to keep their hope of finishing in the top four alive in other to secure a Champions League spot.
Aaron Ramsey is presented with the man of the match award, Danny Welbeck handing it over.
Before the goals, it would have been David de Gea. He made two fine stops today - the first to deny Ramsey's low shot early on
Arsenal goalscorer Danny Welbeck on Sky Sports: "It's really important to get the win. Taking into account our position in the table we need to be further up there. With this win hopefully we'll have a good end to the season.
"Obviously I grew up in the North West and it's a special place in my life. When I get on that pitch it's just business. When you score you have to be happy - it's only natural."
Here are football experts reaction to today's game:
RegularJon: Hopefully this is a blessing in disguise. The win that keeps Wenger at Arsenal?
Ajay Patel: This is probably the match that seals the fate Rooney's playing career at Manchester United.
James Foster: The simple fact of the matter is that Arsenal played better today and deserve to win. Man Utd nowhere near good enough.
Mark Schwarzer Ex-Middlesbrough keeper: I think Arsenal have been OK. I wouldn't come away from this performance with a lot of excitement or think they have turned the corner.
They have come in for some criticism, and rightly so. They are the only team in the top six who have not got more points than they had at the same stage last season. So there is a good case to say they haven't progressed.
Manchester United will be disappointed with the result and performance. But there was only a key five-minute period which has killed this game for them.
