The 42 year old actress who featured in both the Yoruba and English film industry allegedly died of heart attack in a hospital in Canada.
Olaiya delivered a baby in March, 18years after her first child.
She was the the daughter of Music Legend, Victor Olaiya, she remarried last year after her first marriage hit the rocks in 2008.
