Donald Trump has confirmed in a series of tweets that he shared information with Sergei Lavrov and Sergei Kislyak, Russia's foreign minister and ambassador in Washington, DC respectively, while hosting them in the Oval Office.
He also defended his move on Tuesday, saying he had an "absolute right" to do so as commander-in-chief and that he discussed "facts pertaining to terrorism and airline flight safety".
