Will Queen Elizabeth Abdicate the throne? Suspicion trails emergency meeting at Buckingham Palace

Queen and Prince Philip:

There has been suspicion trailing the emergency meeting that was called after Prince Philip stepped from royal engagement.

Many are speculating about the welfare of Queen Elizabeth and her husband Prince Philip, after it was claimed that the meeting was highly unusual.

There are suggestions that senior royal staff may have been summoned to the meeting over the Palace's £369 million refurbishment.

while some wondered if the queen would be abdicating from the throne.

A reliable source told Reuters that there was no cause for alarm, that her Majesty and the Prince are well.
 In the case that the Queen abdicates, her son Prince Charles 68,  is the heir apparent which will make him the oldest monarch to ascend the throne.

Others in line should are Prince Charles' 34 year old son Prince Williams and Williams' son- the little prince George who is just 3 years old.
