Lucas Leiva's switch from Liverpool to Lazio has moved closer to completion with the Italian side sharing pictures of the midfielder undergoing his medical.

Liverpool have accepted a £5million bid for the Brazil midfielder, who appears set to depart Anfield after 10 years.

Lucas was mobbed by excited supporters when he arrived at Rome airport on Sunday evening and is now in the final stages of his transfer.
