Collins Okorodudu has been sentenced to 6 weeks imprisonment for beating up one Titus Mercy.
Collins was charged on a four count of criminal force, assault, causing hurt and mischief which he admitted committing.
The prosecutor Fidelix Ogbogbe had told the court that Mercy reported the issue to Apo police station on June 26.
Ogbogbe said that Mr. Okorodudu used maximum force on her and beat her up severely and that broke Mercy's phone worth 25 thousand naira.
The Judge, Alhaji Umar Kagarko, asked the accused to pay a fine of 6,000 naira and also 25,000 naira as compensation fee to the complaint.
