Sanches set to join Milan

Portugal international young star, Renato Sanches, is open to joining Milan, after he confirmed on Tuesday that he was “not satisfied” with the playing time he received during his debut season in Germany and considered Milan “an interesting option.”

Bayern, who paid €35m plus numerous bonuses in order to sign Sanches from Benfica last summer, have shown signs that they are ready to sell the player, but are debating the formula for the transfer.

Milan want Renato Sanches on loan with option to buy, while Bayern are determined to ensure there’s an obligation to make the move permanent.

It’s believed the clubs will eventually agree a middle ground with a very high guaranteed sum for the loan.
