Governor Ambode visits scene of tragic accident

The governor of Lagos state, Akinwunmi Ambode has visited the scene of the tragic accident that happened along the Otedola axis of Lagos/Ibadan expressway.

Ambode further took to his social media page to express his condolences to the families of the victims. He wrote‘very sad day. The loss of lives in an accident like today is very painful. My prayers are with the everyone affected by this tragedy’.

The incident, which occurred at about 5pm, left scores of vehicles burnt while some lives were lost.
