Wayne Rooney is up and running with his new side DC United after completing his first training session with his new team-mates.

He posted several pictures of the session on his Instagram on Monday as he settles into his new surroundings in the United States of America.

The former England captain signed a three-and-a-half-year deal worth £6million-a-season last week to bring a long career in the Premier League to an end.
