It was a beautiful gave of football in this encounter at Santiago Bernabeu, Robert Lewandowski put Bayern Munich ahead of Real Madrid from the penalty spot.
Real Madrid fans sounded nervous as the visitors only needed just a goal more to move to the next round.
Although, Bayern still need one more to win this game and they were looking for it. Real Madrid know they're in a match now - it's a high press, passes going down the wings and crosses being put into the middle. Ribery gets a volley on goal but it's never actually going in - Navas dives and saves.
Ronaldo equalized for Madrid but Ramos put a goal in his own net three munities later which puts Bayern back in the lead to take the game to extra time as nothing else happen in normal time.
At the other game, a really nice finish from a striker who has found his mojo again put Leicester level.
The fox pile men into the box, a cross from the right comes through to Ben Chilwell on the left, he wants a penalty when his shot is blocked by Stefan Savic, it runs into the path of Jamie Vardy, who looks like he is going to smash it but sidefoots in at the last minute. Despite, Leicester still need two more goals. But that's better than three at half time.
Bayern were down to ten men with Vidal getting a red card.
Then the score line changed, Real Madrid 2-2 Bayern Munich (Agg: 4-3). Bayern Munich get no luck. Cristiano Ronaldo was offside when he takes a cross from Sergio Ramos down on his chest and smashes a left-footed shot past Manuel Neuer and into the net. It was a great finish, but clearly offside.
Ronaldo later wrapped it up with another goal which changed the score to Real Madrid 3-2 Bayern Munich (Agg: 5-3). That one was all about Marcelo! The left-back piles through a tired Bayern back four single handedly, into the area and then squaring it for Cristiano Ronaldo to tap in.Ronaldo was just about onside.
Bayern Munich will wonder how this one has got away from them. At least two shocking decisions have gone against them and they look shattered now.
Asensio pours salt on the wound with another solo run, this time from sub Marco Asensio who breezes past Mats Hummels, into the area and then fires into the bottom corner. The score was now Real Madrid 4-2 Bayern Munich (Agg: 6-3)
He didn't read the memo about squaring it for a Cristiano Ronaldo tap in. Real ride their luck but Cristiano Ronaldo scores yet another hat-trick as the Spanish giants reach their seventh straight Champions League semi-final.
No team has retained the Champions League since it became the Champions League, will Real Madrid be the club to set the record?
There were 50 shots in that game! 30 for Real, 20 for Bayern.
It was a fantastic tie over two legs but the referee killed it with the sending off and the decision for Ronaldo's goal.
