Manchester United send condolences message to families of dead fans in calabar

In the wake of the tragic incident that occurred on Thursday night which claimed the lives of 30 Manchester United fans while watching their club’s UEFA Europa League quarter final second leg
against Anderlecht, in Calabar, Cross River State, Nigeria the England club has sent their condolences to the families of their fans.

The club wrote on its Twitter handle on Friday:

“Our thoughts go out to the Manchester United fans, their friends and families affected by the tragedy yesterday in Calabar, Nigeria,’’
