Craig Stillwell and Carla Andrews have been reunited with their baby after 9 months of investigation proving that they did not cause brain damage to their baby by shaking her.
Effie Stillwell, who was born in spring 2016, is now set to return to live with her parents, and unusually the judge has given permission for the family to be named in the hope of developing knowledge about the EDS IV Syndrome.
Baby Effie was diagnosed of a rare medical condition EDS IV which causes "easy bruising"
Social workers had filed a case against the 23 year old parents, when doctors suspected that baby Efie suffered a brain bleed due to their actions.
Efie had collapsed last August with a difficulty in breathing and was rushed to the emergency section by her parents.
During the hearing Carla Andrews was diagnosed with Ehlers Danlos syndrome, and tests showed that her daughter also had a form of the condition, making her skin bruise easily, and her blood vessels and organs at risk of rupturing.
The father Mr Stilwater said "we have been to hell and back fighting to get our daughter back, it has been every parent's nightmare.
"Being accused of hurting your baby when your love them more than anything in the world is excruciating."

The mother who was relieved from not being the cause of her daughter's predicament said: "I just wanted it out in the open that we were found innocent and I don't really want other parents that may have it to go through the same thing."
