This is the third time that President Buhari is staying away from the meeting since his return on a medical vacation from London, United Kingdom (UK) in February.

Vice President Yemi Osinbajo kicked off Wednesday’s meeting at exactly 11am inviting the minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Mohammed Bello, and the minister of Budget and National Planning, Senator Udoma Udo Udoma, to say the opening prayers.
