The Portuguese midfielder has emerged as the latest target for the Serie A outfit, who have so far been one of the most active clubs in the transfer market.
Reports state that they are looking to agree a two-year loan deal with an option to make the move permanent for €40m, but while Bayern CEO Rummenigge confirmed talks are ongoing, he also said that Milan have not yet meet their asking price.
