High Light school celebrates graduation and prize giving day in emphatic style

Excitement was visible in the air as High Light School celebrated her graduation and prize giving ceremony in emphatic style.

The celebration kicked off with an opening prayer followed by the introduction of guests and teachers. The Students left the viewers' in their wake as they gave majestic performances in Drama, Songs, displaying sheer class of talent.

The Principal of the school  Mr. Damilare Majadeogbe in his welcome speech acknowledged the parents who made it to the ceremony.

In his speech he said "Today is a wonderful and great day we give Glory to God the Almighty,I appreciate the parents who has made it here  not only to witness this wonderful ceremony but to come celebrate this day with their children; and for the teachers without them, this student will not make it this far. We appreciate the teachers for the hard and good work they have impacted on the student. I appreciate the committee and past student who had also come to celebrate with them."

In an exclusive interview with him he said "I feel very happy today and my advice for the student is they should face their studies, aim high and be fearless in everything they do so they will be successful in life"

"What makes High Light different from other schools is the competent set of teachers we have and discipline and my advice for the parent is that they should be prayerful and should always encourage them in the right way,they should mind what they do because children pick up things they see and the teachers can not do it all, parent should also encourage them in terms of education and moral standard."

In an interview with the Head Boy Ajibuiu Iskiil he said "I feel very excited and happy today thou the journey was stressful at a point but we thank God, and my advice for the student is they should keep learning and try has much has possible to do the right thing."

Also the Head Girl Balogun Adeola said"Am so excited and happy today the journey has be good and my advice to my fellow students is that they should aim high and focus on their studies."

Mrs Akinwale Balogun Gbemisola a parent had this to say "The school is a very good school any competition they go to they come out the best and my advice for them is to continue to move forward in life this is just a stepping stone and God will continue to see them through this journey of their lives."
