The attacks is coming barely 24 hours when 14 persons were killed on Tuesday night at Jol village of Riyom Local Government of the state.
Member Representing Rukuba/Irigwe State Constituency in the Plateau State House of Assembly Hon. Simon Kudu confirmed the killings to New Telegraph in Jos on Thursday Morning, saying the attacks took place in the night and he was on his way to the village.
The Lawmaker condemned the attacks and urged the Federal Government to take immediate step toward safeguarding his constituents who have been under constant attacks.
President Irigwe Youth Movement Mr Chinge Dodo Justice also confirmed the killings of the 19 persons in Ariri Village of Miango District Irigwe Chiefdom of Bassa Local Government of Plateau State
He disclosed that the incident took place late last night around 9pm by suspected Fulani herdsmen which resulted to the death of 19 persons.
“We have lost confidence and hope in the Nigerian Security architecture Lawless people are smiling and having a field day while lawful Nigerians are killed on a daily basis”.
When New Telegraph Newspaper contacted the Police Public Relation officer DSP Mathias Terna his Telephone line wasn’t reachable at the time of filing this report.
