While entertaining the masses with her new show, Nicole Richie took a break from the spotlight as she enjoyed a late lunch with her adorable brood and husband Joel Madden, 38, in Los Angeles on Sunday.
The 35-year-old fashionista and former reality star cut a chic figure as she sported a loose-fitting black midi dress which hide her petite figure while she led the charge to the eatery.

The jewellery designer layered her on-trend black number over a long-sleeved marl jumper.

Teasing at her slender pins in the garment, she slipped on a pair of leather sliders while she draped an oversized bag over her shoulder with ease.

Complementing his other half, rocker Joel wrapped up in a camouflage jacket while sporting baggy black denims and a simple tee.

The Voice Australia judge covered his locks in a matching black baseball cap as he kept to his pop-punk roots wearing a pair of Vans.

Nicole's motherly display comes after she raised the style stakes at the #REVOLVEFestival during Coachella with Moet & Chandon earlier this month.

The television personality flaunted her svelte frame in a plunging nude-coloured bodysuit and tiny denim hotpants as she posed up a storm at the star-studded bash.
