Prince Harry Sings At Hamilton Performance

People in attendance at the performance of Hamilton at London’s Victoria Palace Theatre today had the rare opportunity to witness Prince Harry singing! The royal took the stage to show his gratitude towards all of those who came as well as to sing a bit of You’ll Be Back.

‘You say –‘ Harry sang only for the crowd to cheer so hard he stopped.

Lin-Manuel Miranda, the creator of Hamilton, was so impressed by the brief performance he stomped his foot.

Interestingly enough, Harry’s ancestor, King George III is who that part belongs to in the famous musical.

The staging of the play was part of a charitable event set to raise money for Prince Harry and Prince Seeiso of Lesotho’s charity named Sentebale.

The said organization’s aim is to help kids suffering from AIDS as well as those struggling with extreme poverty in Lesotho and Botswana.

‘Video: #princeharry thanks the audience, cast and crew of @HamiltonMusical for raising money for @Sentebale (hundreds of thousands tonight) and sends himself up by parodying the comedy King George III character. A very adept off-the-cuff riff. The energy in the theatre was UNREAL,’ Emily Andrews wrote alongside a video of Prince Harry singing.
