Mercy Aigbe’s Husband, Gentry is in Prison

The husband of popular Nollywood actress Mercy Aigbe, Olanrewaju Gentry, has been remanded in prison for not meeting the bail condition on time after he was arraigned before an Ikeja Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday.
A bail condition of N500,000 with two sureties in like sum, was giving to him by the Chief Magistrate, Mrs. Y.O. Aje-Afunwa.

Also, the sureties were required to submit their tax verification documents, with one of them having a house within the jurisdiction of the court.

But before he could meet the bail conditions, the presiding magistrate was reported to have closed for the day. Thus he was remanded in prison.
