The letter written by the lawyers stated that Tuface as well as Mr Efe Omorogbe, Tuface's manager be tendered an apology by BlackFace, who it was alleged had been making fake,misleading, malicious and defamatory statement to cause disrepute and public ridicule to Tuface and Omoregbe.
The letter also stated that Blackface has been given an ultimatum of 7 days to tender an unreserved apology and threatens to take legal actions against the artist in the event that he fails to apologize within the given period.
