This rumour emanated as a result of his parents comments to reporters after the ruling made.
Kanu's parents complained about the bail conditions and demanded that he be released unconditionally.
In response this claim Kanu, through his legal counsel, Ejiofor Ifeanyi today, debunk claims that he has rejected his bail condition. He said he would meet his bail condition within 48 hours.
The IPOB leader was yesterday granted bail on the following conditions:
Provision of three sureties with N100 million each.
The sureties must include a serving senator, a Jewish religious leader and a highly respected person that must own a land property anywhere in Abuja.
Justice Binta conclusively ordered that Kanu must not grant any press interview or organize any rally pending the outcome of his trial. Some Nigerians felt the bail conditions are stringent.
Nnamdi Kanu claims he would meet up to his bail conditions within the next 48 hours
