Buckingham Palace:Prince Harry, Prince Williams and Duchess Kate throw party for children of war veterans

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Prince Williams and Duchess Kate alongside Prince Harry hosted  a tea party on Saturday for children of British war veterans.

 The trio hosted about 850 kids and teenagers who have lost a parent serving in the Armed Forces at at the royal garden Buckingham Palace.
The event featured entertainment from a ventriloquist, magician and more

Prince Harry addressing the guests said in a touching speech that they will never forget the sacrifices that every one of them made for the country.

“We're here to celebrate you and to remind you that we as a family, we as a nation, and we up and down the country will never ever forget about the sacrifices that every single one of you have made,”

A statement issued by Kensington palace read: “Their Royal Highnesses have arranged the event as a way to acknowledge and honour the fact that a number of young children have had to come to terms with the loss of someone very close to them at a young age, having lost a parent in armed service to the country,” 

The 35 year old duchess,Kate, looked splendid in a See by Chloe cream lace dress as she talked to the partygoers, while Harry, 32, was a little more hands-on, trying his hand at plate spinning with a little boy who was dressed as Spiderman.
