Raheem Sterling has opened up on his difficult childhood under the very arch of the famous Wembley Stadium he now often frequents, and his early dreams of making it big.
The Jamaican-born forward arrived in England at the age of five to join his mother in London, and set upon his football journey some years later when introduced to the Sunday league system.
Sterling is currently out in Russia with the Three Lions, as they prepare to face Panama on Sunday and book their place in the last 16 of the World Cup... but it didn't come easy for the mercurial star.
