Manchester City trained on Friday as they geared up for their Premier Leagueshowdown with Liverpool.
Sergio Aguero, Raheem Sterling and Kevin De Bruyne were all in action ahead of the top-of-the-table clash on Sunday.
De Bruyne returned to training this week following August’s knee ligament injury and could make a shock return for the reigning champions at Anfield.
Full back Benjamin Mendy took part in training following a spell on the sidelines and could play a part in Sunday's crunch clash.
Striker Gabriel Jesus joked around with goalkeeper Ederson by wearing his gloves during the session at the Manchester City Football Academy.
City's No 1 is yet to keep a clean sheet against the Reds in four attempts. City won 5-0 in his first meeting with the Merseyside giants but the Brazilian was subbed off injured at half-time.
He then conceded nine goals in his next three outings against Jurgen Klopp's men as City lost 4-3, 3-0 and 2-1.
The two sides are level on points with City just ahead on a superior goal difference.
Liverpool will be looking to bounce back from a disappointing away defeat by Napoli in the Champions League on Wednesday night.
