Just like his father, Cristiano Ronaldo’s son scores amazing free-kick

Real Madrid striker, Cristiano Ronaldo, six-year-old's son follows in his footsteps by scoring a brilliant free kick.

The former Manchester United player has scored some outstanding free kicks in his footballing career and now he's mentoring his boy do the same.

This therefore suggested that you can't go far wrong from talking to Cristiano Ronaldo if you need someone to tutor you on how to take free kicks. Many aspiring footballers across the world will be emulating Cristiano Ronaldo in an effort to follow in his footsteps but Cristiano Jr. is one of them - but he perhaps has more opportunity to learn from his father than the rest.

Not long ago the youngster made his father angry by saying he wanted to become a goalkeeper one day.

But now it look like Cristiano Ronaldo has also become a career coach by changing his son’s decision, because Cristiano Jr. was scoring free kicks now instead of trying to save them in a recent youth match.

The question is, where have we seen that free-kick technique before? The finish may have been greatly remarkable but everything about the set-piece is alarmingly familiar. Ronaldo Jnr showed that the free-kick gene runs in the family.

Consider this:

Back-paces? Check.

Deep breaths? Check.

Striking the ball with his instep? Check!

And just like his father, Ronaldo's Jnr's free kick beat the goalkeeper.

Cristiano Ronaldo took to Instagram to post his son’s video and also celebrates his accomplishment.

"So proud of my little man, what a goal," he posted on his IG page.

Cristiano Ronaldo, who now has 100 goals in the Champions League w ith a hat-trick against Bayern Munich, will hope to add to his La Liga tally when Real Madrid face in Barcelona tonight’s el Clasico

It was a proud moment for Cristiano Ronaldo who has obviously mentored his son in the art.

The boy technique also impressed David Beckham, another Manchester United legend, who likely scored some free kicks for the Red Devils during his period at Old Trafford. He liked the post on Cristiano Ronaldo's page.

With this sort of technique and a stance and style eerily similar to his father, it won't be long before he'll be on the radar of some clubs.

The boy was born in the USA in 2010 but has been totally brought up by his father.

Cristiano Ronaldo recently explained that he plans to tell his son who his biological mother is with time.

'He is going to understand his daddy, 100 per cent he is going to understand me. I'm going to say the time when I feel that is the right time. I don't know 10, 11, 12? I don't know let's see,' he said.

Here are some football fans comments:

“Thats was cute but he has a big boot to fill. I'm yet to see anyone in sports surpass their parents greatness they're always pretenders, whether it's football, boxing or motor racing, never near as great as their father. Jordi Cruyff, Kasper Schmeichel, Wright Phillips, Ince, Bruce and co. Even in management, Fergie & Clough Jnr are not a scratch on their dads.”

If he was born in the US he'll end up playing for us not Portugal.

When he gets to 18 he'll be like Beckham's kid, lazy & kept. To make it he'll have to want it so much more than others, and be sent away to fight on his own.
