Its Morata or Falcao for AC Milan

AC Milan are interested in offering Chelsea striker Alvaro Morata a route out of Stamford Bridge this summer and are also holding Radamel Falcao as their second choice.

The Rossoneri are looking to sign a new forward this summer, as both Nikola Kalinic and André Silva failed to hit double figures this season.

According to this morning’s Gazzetta dello Sport, Morata has been identified as the number one target with the Diavolo,

having tried to sign him last summer. The stumbling block is UEFA’s Club Financial Control Body, who could throw Milan out of the Europa League later this month.

Milan failed to deliver last season when they finished sixth in Serie A - eight points adrift of the top four and their rivals Inter - despite a summer of heavy spending worth approximately £210million. Things could be about to get worse for the former conquerors of Europe.
